Accepting your Xero subscription - step by step

Please find below the step by step instructions on how to complete the successful transfer of subscription for your new Xero organisation.

First, check that your computer time is current. If not please sync your computer time with the internet:
Please note that if you do not take over the subscription within 14 days it expires please contact support@jetconvert.com if you need this to be resent.

1. Select the email link to take over the subscription (Please note this is the email sent from Xero):

2. Login or Create an Account:

If you do not have a login, fill in the details on the following Screenshot to create your account.

If you are creating a new account, the next step will be to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). You may need to log out of Xero and log back in before you are prompted to set this up:
Please note - 2FA is not currently required for Xero USA clients.
Once this is completed you will be asked to select a plan for the transfer and enter your credit card or bank information so that Xero can take the monthly subscription.
