MYOB Business/Account Right Live

Please ensure when inviting us into MYOB Account Right Live that you are in the browser version of MYOB Account Right Live.

      

1. In MYOB Business/Account Right Live, click the settings or the gear icon beside your business name and choose Users and permissions.
2. The Users page appears, with a list of all the users for your MYOB Business/ Account Right Live.
3. Click Create User.
   
4. Enter Name = Jet Convert
   
5. Enter email address conversions@jetconvert.com
   
6. Roles and Permissions = Administrator and User Type = Online Admin
   
7. 
   Select Save and Send Invitation.

Important Access and Conversion Requirements for MYOB Online to Xero:

1. You must have administrator access to create or modify users for conversion.
   
2. Only active MYOB files can be converted – we cannot convert cancelled or read-only subscriptions.
   
3. Accountants using MYOB AccountRight Plus can contact MYOB to request a separate serial number for the specific file they wish to convert (to avoid giving access to all clients).

• How to Invite us in Xero HQ (for multiple Xero entities):
  

1. Go to Staff, then click Invite staff.
   
2. Enter the name Jet Convert and email address nzconversions@jetconvert.com, then click Next. 
   
3. Select 'Yes, update permissions'.
4. Select the Xero HQ Permissions as 'Standard'.
   
5. Click 'Save' to send the invite.
   
6. Once the invite has been accepted, Assign Clients - Select the clients you wish us to convert then select 'Edit permissions'.
   
7. Select permissions:
   
8. Change Customised permissions to 'View and edit'.
   
9. Change User role to 'Advisor'.
   
10. Tick against 'Manage Users' access then select Save. 

       
Australian Businesses

1. How to Invite us from the Xero Organisation:
   

1. Click on the organisation name, select Settings, then click Users.
   
2. Click Invite a user.
   
3. Enter the name Jet Convert and email address nzconversions@jetconvert.com, then click Next. 
   
4. Permissions:
   
1. Business and Accounting - Advisor
2. Bank account admin
3. Manage Users.
5. Click Send Invite.
