Conversion Package Costs
We offer three different packages to convert your data to Xero at JetConvert. Please see below:
- Standard Package – Usually AU $250, thanks to Xero, $0* to you
- Accelerate Package – Usually AU $720, thanks to Xero, AU $470* to you
- Custom Conversion – From AU $720, thanks to Xero, AU $470* to you
Note:The conversion fee for AU and NZ files will be in AUD.
The conversion fee for US files will be in USD.

Please also note these prices are for us creating the Xero subscription - if you have an Existing Xero subscription then the subsidy does not apply.

Can you Apply a Promo Code to my Xero Subscription?
Xero package promotions are not available on conversions.
However, we can convert into a Xero organisation with a promo code that you hold, and a Xero subsidy of $250 will be applied to the conversion service. For us to be able to convert into that Xero organisation, it must be completely empty of data. You can check the conversion package here.

Reconversion Fee
If you need to do a second conversion of the same file or company entity we can certainly do so for you. Note that the second time will attract a re-conversion fee of $250 (in addition to the conversion package cost) as Xero only subsidises one conversion per file.
If you wish to reconvert simply upload the data file via our website again.
Xero Pricing Plan
We select the Xero pricing plan based on the number of employees who have been paid in your source file in the last financial year.
If there is no payroll in your file you will automatically receive a Xero "Standard" subscription, this is the minimum level we can select.
If you want to change your pricing plan you will be able to do so after you have held the Standard subscription for at least 30 days. You will need to organise this with Xero.

You can downgrade after 30 days of taking over the subscription.
Note: If there are more than 200 paid employees in your file, payroll will not be converted.
