Fresh Start Conversion Options Explained

1. Organization Setup

We set up the foundation for your organization. This includes:

• Chart of Accounts
• Contacts
• Items
• Classes & Jobs (up to 100)

Note: Opening balances aren’t included in this setup, but these can be added after the conversion process if required.

2. End of Month Balances

Your balances reflect accurately at the end of the last month. Here’s what is covered:

• Full organization setup
• Conversion balances for the last month (based on the file’s upload date)
• Invoices & Bills: These details won’t be transferred, but you can add them after the conversion if necessary.

Optional: You can also request monthly comparative balances.

3. Monthly Comparative Balances

This option provides your balances with a detailed monthly comparison:

• Full organization setup 
• Monthly "Spend" or "Receive" money transactions that replicate the trial balance
• Invoices & Bills: These details won’t be transferred, but you can add them after the conversion if necessary.
• If you convert mid-month, we provide a comparative balance as of the date of upload.

4. Current Month Transactions

For up-to-date insights and so you can hit the ground running, we can load the transactional details for the current month, including:

• Full organization setup 
• Open invoices and bills for the current month ( including Invoices and Bills open prior to the current month)

Optional: You can request monthly comparative balances with this setup.
