Reckon: Supported and Unsupported File Types

Only certain Reckon versions and file types are supported for conversion. This article outlines which files are supported and which are not, helping you confirm if your Reckon file is eligible before submitting it for conversion.

Desktop source files must meet the following requirements before they can be uploaded for conversion:

  1. The file must be in .QBW format.
  2. The file size must be under 800 MB.
  3. Files larger than 800 MB require the Custom Conversion service.
The file must not have the following features enabled:
  1. Multi-Currency
  2. Multi-Locations
  3. Advanced Inventory
