The table below outlines which QuickBooks versions and editions are supported for conversion. Some versions may require additional preparation before the file can be submitted.

QuickBooks Desktop

Desktop source files must meet the following requirements before they can be uploaded for conversion:
  1. The file must be in .QBW format.
  2. The file size must be under 800 MB.
  3. Files larger than 800 MB require the Custom Conversion service.
The file must not have the following features enabled:
  1. Multi-Currency
  2. Multi-Locations
  3. Advanced Inventory

You will need to export your company file as a .QBB backup file before submitting it for conversion. For instructions refer to QuickBooks Help: Move QuickBooks for Mac file to QuickBooks for Windows.
